- Dr. Stuart Gregson has joined NSI as the new European Regional Sales
Manager, and will be reporting directly to NSI's Sales and Marketing Manger,
Daniel Janse van Rensburg. Dr. Gregson will be responsible for management
of European sales representatives, coordination of sales activities within
Europe, addressing customer's technical needs and along with NSI's Pieter
Betjes, providing customer technical support. Dr. Gregson and his family
will remain in the UK where he will be able to provide sales and technical
support for Europe. European customers and representatives will benefit
from the additional attention this new position provides.
Dr. Gregson has extensive experience in antenna measurements. He has worked
as an antenna designer at EADS Astrium for about 4 years, then for BAE
Systems (an NSI customer) in Portsmouth. There he ran the planar and spherical
near-field ranges and rewrote much of their existing near-field processing
software. Most recently he was at QinetiQ as an RF and Microwave Team
leader. Dr. Gregson has published over a dozen papers dealing with computational
electromagnetics, antenna measurements, and statistical image processing.
Dr. Gregson will be a valuable addition consistent with NSI's reputation
of providing customers with the best technical and applications support
as well as offering optimal solutions to their measurement needs.
