NSI's on-site scanner XY accuracy calibration is done using an Agilent laser interferometer system to check the accuracy of the system against a know standard.

NSI's engineers will bring all the required equipment on-site and perform the test and document the results. We will also calibrate and adjust the NSI software scale factor and backlash correction settings for each axis
