Z and Roll Stage Configurations
The
Configuration Table provides guidance for adding motorized stages
and probes to NSI scanners.
The Recommended Probe Assembly Table indicates
the various configurations of rotary and linear stages available
and the largest NSI probe assembly that can be supported by that
assembly when attached to a particular NSI scanner. Sometimes
the limitation is due to the load carrying capacity of the stage
and other times it is the load carrying capacity of the scanner
counterweight system.
NSI
is always available to assist you in finding the product or information
you seek and aiding in its application. New configurations and
products are constantly under development, so if you do not find
what you are looking for, please contact the sales department;
the solution you seek may already exist.
